Egg katsu. Crispy chicken katsu served with savory sauce and eggs over rice, this Chicken Katsudon (Chicken Cutlet Rice Bowl) is a typical lunch enjoyed by all ages in Japan. This is my family recipe for Chicken Katsu - Japanese style fried chicken. Can also be used to make Tonkatsu, just use pork cutlets instead of chicken.

Ingredients of Egg katsu

  1. It's 3 butir of telur.
  2. Prepare 1 saset of tepung bumbu serba guna (80gr).
  3. It's 200 gr of tepung panir.
  4. It's 1 buah of wortel ukuran kecil (cincang).
  5. It's 1 of daun bawang(iris).
  6. It's 1 of daun seledri(iris).
  7. It's 2 of bawang putih (haluskan).
  8. You need 1/2 sdt of lada.
  9. Prepare 1/2 sdt of garam.
  10. You need 1/2 sdt of penyedap (optional).
  11. It's of Minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menggoreng.

  1. Siapkan bahan.
  2. Pecahkan telur masukkan bawang putih halus,wortel,sledri,daun bawang,lada,garam,penyedap.Kocok rata.
  3. Panaska n teflon dadar telur sesuai selera (saya 3 kali goreng) sisihkan potonh sesuai selera (saya satu telur dadar saya iris jadi 2 potong).
  4. Adonan krispi : masukkan tepung bumbu kedalam mangkok beri air 180cc aduk2 sampai tercampur,dan ditempat berbeda siapka tepung panir.Celupkan telur ke adonan basah kemudian gulingkan ke tepung panir sampai merata. Lakukan sampai telur dadar habis..
  5. Goreng telur sampai kuning keemasan dan matang.
  6. Sajikan dengan nasi hangat,abon nori,salad sayur,saus2san(saya memaki saus bbq dan thausand island,dan saus bangkok) selamat mencoba.
