- Ulek bumbu halus.
- Campur kelapa parut&bumbu halus.
- Masukkan bahan iris,udang&telur,aduk rata.
- Siapkan daun,masukkan sesuai selera,tambahin tomat iris.
- Panaskan kukusan,masukkan botok saat air kukusan sudah mendidih.
