Tteokbokki. Tteok-bokki (떡볶이; also spelled ddukbokki) or stir-fried rice cakes is a popular Korean food made from small-sized garae-tteok (long, white, cylinder-shaped rice cakes) called tteokmyeon (떡면; "rice cake noodles") or commonly tteok-bokki-tteok (떡볶이 떡; "tteok-bokki rice cakes"). Eomuk (fish cakes), boiled eggs, and scallions are some of the most commonly added ingredients. Tteokbokki is one of the most popular Korean street foods in Korea.

Tteokbokki So much so that even if your Tteokbokki (also spelled ddukbokki, ddeokbokki, dukbokki or topokki), 떡볶이, is a beloved Korean rice cake dish with many variations and a rich history. Literally translated as "stir-fried rice cake", tteokbokki is made with garaetteok , a cylinder-shaped white rice cake. Add the water, dried anchovies, and dried kelp to a shallow pot or pan. Ingredients of Tteokbokki

  1. Prepare 100 gram of Tepung beras.
  2. You need 75 ml of Air panas.
  3. Prepare sesuai selera of Daun bawang.
  4. You need buah of Bawang putih haluskan,2.
  5. You need secukupnya of Minyak wijen.
  6. You need 150 ml of Air.
  7. Prepare 1/2 sdm of Wijen sangrai.
  8. You need 1/2 sdm of #GOchujang (saos): tepung jagung.
  9. It's 2 sdm of Bubuk paprika.
  10. You need 2 sdm of Bubuk cabe.
  11. Prepare 1 sdm of Gula palem.
  12. You need 1 sdm of Bubuk kari.
  13. Prepare 1 sdm of Kecap.
  14. It's 1/2 sdt of Garam.
  15. Prepare 1/2 sdt of Kaldu.
  16. You need 75 ml of Air.

Combine hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, and sugar in a small bowl. The rice cake's shape you see in these pictures is the most common shape to use for tteokbokki, but if you have hard time to find it, you can use different shape of took or even ramen noodles! Even udon noodles works as well! So be creative, don't give up because you don't have all the ingredients!

Tteokbokki step by step

  1. Dalam wadah masukan tepung beras,garam,air panas,..uleni hingga mudah di bentuk.
  2. Olesi tangan dengan minyak wijen..dan bentuk adonan tteokbokki silender..panjang sesuai selera...
  3. Didihkan air kasih 1 sdm minyak wijen dan rebus adonan hingga apung (Mateng), angkat tiriskan.. potong sesuai selera.
  4. #Gochujang : campur semua bahan jadi satu..aduk sisihkan....
  5. Tumis balut dan daun bawang hingga keluar aroma harum...lalu beri air dan masukan Gochujang..aduk rata... masukan tteokbokki....
  6. Masak sampai bumbu meresap... dapatkan rasa pas...taburi wijen dan sajikan 😍.
