- You need of Daging 500gr (aku pake sukiyaki).
- It's 1 batang of Sereh.
- It's 4 helai of Daun jeruk.
- It's 1 sdt of Kecap asin.

- It's 1 sdm of Garam.
- Prepare 1 sdt of Lada.
- It's 1 sdt of Kaldu jamur.
- Prepare of Santan kental 100ml (kalo aku pake santan peras).
- You need 8 biji of Rawit.
- You need of Tomat 1buah (potong 4).
- You need of Kentang 2buah (potong dadu).
- Prepare 1 liter of Air.
- Prepare of Bumbu Halus.
- You need 4 siung of Bawang merah.
- Prepare 2 siung of Bawang putih.
- It's 5 of Cabe merah keriting.
- You need 3 biji of Kemiri.
- It's 1 sdt of Ketumbar.
- Prepare 150 ml of Air.
Tongseng Sapi Santan instructions
- Haluskan semua bahan bumbu halus, bisa di ulek bisa di blend. Kalo aku pake chopper, ditambah air dikit biar halus.
- Masukkan minyak lalu tumis bumbu halus + daun jeruk + sereh sampai wangi.
- Masukkan daging sukiyaki, tumis sampai agak meresap (api kecil aja)..
- Masukkan air 1liter, aduk rata. Setelah mendidih masukkan santan kental. Aduk terus agar tidak pecah santan..
- Masukkan lada, kecap manis, kecap asin, kaldu jamur & garam, aduk sampai mendidih..
- Masukkan kentang, tomat, dan rawit. Aduk sampai mateng dan koreksi rasa..
- Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng, emping dan irisan jeruk nipis 🤤. Selamat menikmati buibu... rasanya mirip tongseng di resto-resto emol 👌.
