  3. Masukkan daging sukiyaki, tumis sampai agak meresap (api kecil aja)..
  4. Masukkan air 1liter, aduk rata. Setelah mendidih masukkan santan kental. Aduk terus agar tidak pecah santan..
  5. Masukkan lada, kecap manis, kecap asin, kaldu jamur & garam, aduk sampai mendidih..
  6. Masukkan kentang, tomat, dan rawit. Aduk sampai mateng dan koreksi rasa..
